With its unprecedented growth in high tech industries, Maryland is fast becoming a leader in intellectual property - a topic often at the heart of most deals, a core asset for every company and a pivotal issue in much litigation.  The Intellectual Property Section works to introduce the members of the MSBA to the intriguing and fast growing areas of IP - patents, trademarks, trade secrets, unfair competition, copyrights and licensing.
